Dear 

It is with deep sadness that I tell you that our beautiful 20 year old Sasha passed away in the early hours of this morning.  Sasha died held in the loving arms of his mother Natasha.  Sasha was part of our Community Care/Hospice Programme for most of his life.


Throughout his illness Sasha was supported by the CCI hospice team and his loving and dedicated mother. Sasha’s final moments were extremely difficult for Natasha, whom we will continue to support through our bereavement services. She is in our thoughts at this sad time.
 

 
Thank you for helping to give Sasha dignity in his life and death through supporting our Community Care Programme.
 
Sasha will find peace with all of our other little angels.
 
May he rest in peace.
